There will always be some clients that you hold above others due to their investment, account, status, or loyalty. You should consider how you treat these top members in an attempt to retain them. Things like access are key. Access to staff and leadership. It helps to provide top members with a stake in their community including moderation abilities. It helps to work public relations abilities in a member’s favor. Top members are scare so it is important to go above and beyond to retain them.
