The year 2020 is in crises mode as far as communication is concerned. The way that communication takes place now is in more of a digital platform. It’s really hard to get up to date information when you can’t speak face to face with somebody. It can also lead to people feeling really isolated because they can’t communicate with people that they need to communicate with. The managers and higher ups of an organization are also feeling like they’re on the outside, and unable to share information as efficiently.
