Sue knows that it is easy to spend your time working with the squeaky wheel and troublemakers in your community, and suggests some other ways to spend your time.

It’s also important to note that singling out and highlighting quality members and posts can assist you in turning around a community that may be bogged down with trolls and spammers. Rewarding bad behaviour with your attention is never the answer. Your time is worth more than that.
