Sometimes it is best to cut your losses than to continue to invest time and effort into a community that hasn’t caught on with the public and found a loyal audience. Community member’s participation has a lot to do with the value they see in certain communities. If after restructuring a community and reassessing your targeted audience you still don’t see a strong participation in your community, it might be best to walk away from the project rather than continue to put time and effort into building a struggling community.
