Maggie Tunning shares early results from their quantitative survey, by breaking down the responses into Exclusive, Discrete or Distributed Communities. Exclusive communities were more likely to quantify the value of a community manager.

The survey results allow us to add to the context we already have about this topic by breaking it down by the different types of business communities.
