There are a bunch of different ways to bring a customer base into your particular association. Some businesses, or associations, make it a bit too complicated for people who might actually want to join the cause. People want the process to be simple and something that is worthwhile to them. If they have to work too hard for something that they deem to be easy, then they will most likely just find a different path to go on.
