If you are a community manager, you are going to need to learn how to self-care for yourself. Self-care is essential in order to keep our mind, body and spirit fresh. For physical self-care, go on walks or do exercise such as running or walking. With regards to our mind, you can vent to a friend if something is bothering you or look to someone close to your for advice. For the spirit, you can meditate which should help you learn how to relax.
