An organization known as the Promotional Products Association International, or PPAI, has been researching ways to engage more actively in their consumer experience. They found that one of the best ways to do this is by creating an online community where customers can interact with one another in a public forum. Another great tactic is to create merchandise such as mugs and paper products with your company logo on it in order to get your name out there in a welcoming way.

  • Hosting a membership booth and handing out free brand-related memorabilia is a great way to make your mark.
