If Your Email Isn’t Mobile-Friendly, It Might Hit the Trash Bin: Associations Now

Ernie Smith reports from the new study from email firm Constant Contact, and research firm Chadwick Martin Bailey. One of the key findings is the big difference in behavior depending upon age.

According to a new study by Constant Contact, mobile devices are the primary way people under 40 check their email. And if users find an email difficult to read, that message might get deleted.
