Many group actions can be taken without needing a new, designated, specific community platform. A new platform does not necessarily need created, unless it provides tangible benefits. Only once the demand for a new platform has been proven, should one be made. It is difficult and risky to make a new platform before the demand exists. Various formats should be trialed before creating a new platform. Video, visual and other existing formats can be used, as well as sharing, recommending and linking.
