Growth vs. Optimisation

February 6, 2020 By mark david mcCreary

In order to get new growth in your business, you must start a persuasive campaign aimed at your customers. You must let your customers know that you can fix their problems. A lot of people like to go to their social media to get their answers. You have to let them know that you are the expert not Facebook. You can’t just do one email, it has to be a ongoing campaign. It’s something that you should do several times a year. Keep it ongoing.

Key Takeaways:

  • The problem is that as humans we tend to spend more time focusing on what people do once they visit a community rather than working on getting more people to visit.
  • The biggest thing you can do to help promote growth is to persuade your audience and convince them to join the community.
  • Be clear and concise when it comes to your identity and theme. You need to establish something that people can connect to, which will help you grow.
