There are many people who feel apart of a community in more ways than one. However, some of them go to the extreme in terms of wanting to have the ideal society for themselves. The bottom line is that the world is not like that anymore. There are so many different types of people that are out there and as a result, communities are very diverse. • Community drivers deliver specific results to their communities. They do not go into a meeting with engagement metrics.

“They don’t protect their communities from their colleagues, they engage their colleagues to support and benefit from the community.”
