The global pandemic has changed many aspects of our everyday lives, and the way we work may be the most impacted area. Use of digital technologies and other technological advancements enabled a significant portion of workforce to work from home with a transition that wasn’t overly difficult. Companies transitioned from very hierarchical organizational models to networks and flexible units. What it means is that the workforce feels more like a virtual community governed by its own rules and internal dynamics. Leadership focuses more on trust on vision creating, influential relationships and impactful networks.
