If you are working with a team or are leading a bunch of members of a team, the easiest way to change their behavior is to change the context of whatever you’re working on. If you want these members to work with each other, try promoting a sprint or a hackathon. If you want them to share their problems with you, invite them to submit their toughest questions to you so you can understand their struggles in the workplace. • Adding a new or exciting context to a scenario will change how people approach it.
  • New activities and approaches to learning will stimulate and encourage people effectively.
