If you’re going to have a community that consists of a group of people you need to track what it is that they really want. With teachers, they aren’t able to fully engage in an community because of how busy they are. The majority of teachers are pressed for time. One suggestion is to interview community members to find out what they truly desire, without this you won’t know which direction to go in. The research allows you to get down to what is truly desired and find ways to make that happen.
