Getting members to respond to content they view is extremely important. The 90-9-1 theory says 90 percent of people only view content, where 9 percent responds to content and only 1 percent actively creates new content. In order to change this model, think about the goals of your organization. Clearly defining goals will allow you to know how to promote the engagement.
